

SPJ STUDENTS MAKE VLOG ON
INTRAMURALS DAY
Special Program in Journalism students from Grade 10 SPJ Valhalla and Elysium produce a vlog as their requirement in Online Journalism, an elective subject last July 2017 held at Alcala Sports Complex.
Students from Grade 10 SPJ shoot their videos in Alcala Sports Complex where they will give highlights on the sports they are being assigned to.
“I had a great time making my vlog even though it was my first time. It is really fun,” Kelly Arellano said.
She also give some tips on making a vlog. These include the following:
1. Watch for trends - This will require you to be fully immersed in your niche and demand that you keep up to date with what’s happening in it.
2. Commenting on blogs - Leave genuine and great feedback on the content you read. For this to work, leave the url to your YouTube channel in the, “website” field on the comment form.
3. Quality and Frequency - This helps to build your audience. Frequent vlogs that are engaging and entertaining will bring viewers back, and before you know it you will have loyal fans.
Here are some tips that a vlogger can give someone else especially to those who wants to start making vlogs and upload it on youtube or other social media sites.
